As the Director of the Maintenance Department, you will work closely with our team to ensure that each Resident has functioning equipment to continue their everyday activities, as well as assisting in maintaining the upkeep of the facility. Maintenance Director Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance, preferably in healthcare, long-term care, or a regulated environment
Prior supervisory or management experience
Troubleshooting and repair across multiple trades
Ability to understand and follow both written and oral instructions
Budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations
Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for work orders, preventive maintenance tracking, and reporting
