Texas Family Initiative LLC is seeking a full‑time Director of Permanency Services. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in the human services field and have at least five years of experience supervising a team in child welfare. As Director, you will support Permanency Supervisors, Case Managers, and Support Workers working with children, parents, and families to ensure children can safely thrive in their home environments. The role reports to the Vice President of Permanency and carries responsibility for staff leadership, program performance outcomes, critical tasks, and community relationships.
