
Manager, Alumni Affairs and Annual Giving

The Manager of Alumni Affairs and Annual Giving plays a pivotal role in fostering lifelong relationships between the college and its alumni, students, and community partners. Reporting to the Vice President of Advancement & Executive Director, Broward College Foundation, this position is responsible for designing and executing strategic initiatives that enhance alumni engagement, support student transition to alumni status, and strengthen the college’s alumni network. Additionally, this position is responsible for planning and developing a creative and comprehensive annual giving program at Broward College.
Bachelor's degree required.
An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
Six years in alumni engagement or in student life, special events planning, communications and/or community engagement
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proven experience in alumni relations, advancement, or related fields.
Creative and strategic thinker with a track record of successful program development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across departments and campuses.
Experience with event planning, digital engagement, and partnership development.

Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 Salary commensurate with education and experience.
