Executive Director Job Locations: US-GA-VALDOSTA

Overview As the Executive Director, you will be the strategic leader driving the overall performance and operational excellence of our company. You will be responsible for implementing comprehensive Company Policies, Procedures, Strategic Plan, and Quality Assurance Initiatives that align with our core mission. By leveraging superior service delivery, you will drive financial performance and create value for both external and internal stakeholders. Through strategic leadership support and targeted operational tools, you will empower our teams to achieve and exceed established goals. Additionally, you will serve as a critical bridge, acting as a key liaison between our operations, government officials, and provider associations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Review Operation's performance/support needs with Executive Management.

Analyze Operations and Branch Staff for alignment with, and promotion of, BrightSpring's vision, mission, and values.

Lead all operations under supervision to maximize revenue and EBITDA.

Evaluate and implement corrective action plans to improve the financial performance of operations that are not meeting their financial targets.

Participate in the development of annual budgets and operational plans.

Provide operations with leadership support and tools to meet established goals.

Build business; increase sales to meet/exceed goals.

Review Sales Plans and consult with the Corporate Sales Team regarding implementation strategies.

Innovate and expand service offerings to better support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, identifying new ways to enhance quality of life and community integration.

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that emphasize person-centered care, dignity, and best practices in supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

Provide leadership support and guidance to operations experiencing performance issues and/or administrative vacancies by implementing standard processes to improve service delivery and outcomes.

Establish relationships and function as a liaison between operations and the Executive Leadership Team.

Assess processes and performance.

Effectively lead and deploy the resources of the Core Team (QAM, HRS, etc.) as required to support operations.

Assist with process implementation geared to improve performance goals.

Provide support and supervision to operations with branch manager vacancies.

Ensure each service site develops and fully implements a targeted recruitment and retention plan by partnering with HR and Talent Acquisition.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Business or a related field; Master's Degree is preferred.

Three to five years or more of progressively responsible experience with the proven ability to manage operations, systems, processes, and people.

Three or more years of supervisory experience with at least five direct reports.

Outstanding organization and leadership abilities.

Excellent communication (oral and written) and public speaking skills.

Direct experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) strongly preferred; proven track record of compassionate, person-centered support.

Proficiency in technology and all Microsoft Office solutions.

Working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing the business area.

Excellent customer service skills.

Knowledge or previous experience working in an office setting with computers, phones, and related tasks.

Ability to travel 25‑50% or as needed.

Salary Range USD $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
