Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Route Sales Professional to join a high-performance team dedicated to delivering fresh products to consumers.
Route Sales Professional Compensation & Schedule
$325.00 weekly base pay plus commission (annual average $60,000 - $80,000).
Shift: 4:00 am to 1:00 pm, Wednesday and Sunday off.
Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan.
What You'll Be Doing
Merchandise, stock, and ensure proper rotation of products on store shelves and displays to maintain quality and freshness.
Drive sales by securing new display space, setting up incremental displays, and using sales data to inform store-level strategies.
Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships while ensuring the execution of promotions.
Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space within existing accounts and when pursuing new customers.
Conduct daily route settlement procedures to account for all products, invoices, and cash while maintaining accurate inventory counts.
Safely drive the company route truck and complete DOT (U.S. Department of Transportation) daily logs.
Submit required documentation, paperwork, and deposits on time.
Position Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
Successfully obtain a Chauffeur License (if the job location is in IN, MI, or TN).
Ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods, and perform frequent reaching and use of fingers.
1‑3 years of related experience in Direct Sales Distribution (DSD) is preferred.
Consistent with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, the ability to read and speak English sufficiently for public conversations, understanding of highway traffic signs and signals, and responding to official inquiries and record entries.
