Online visitors engage with trained volunteers through chat, private messaging, texts, and emails to get spiritual questions answered. Those who respond to the Gospel invitation are mentored by discipleship volunteers as they go through online Bible study courses and are referred to local churches in their area. Job Summary
The Assistant Director of Ministry serves as the operational leader in the ministry area of Internet Evangelism (IE), providing direct supervision to Language Managers and ensuring effective execution of ministry strategies across all language teams. This role drives ministry performance, strengthens team leadership, and ensures alignment between strategic priorities and day-to-day operations. The Assistant Director of Ministry works in close partnership with the Director of Ministry to support the overall effectiveness, consistency, and growth of IE ministry efforts worldwide.
