Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this entry-level role regularly collaborates with various departments to ensure Daily’s brand consistency across multiple disciplines. The ideal candidate is creative, articulate, and ambitious. Must communicate professionally with external vendors, community citizens, and all levels of company personnel.

Essential Functions

Organize and oversee philanthropic efforts, including corporate contributions, community sponsorships and outreach events, charitable relationships, and donation requests

Maintain inventory of promotional materials; source, revise, and procure as needed

Arrange and disburse donated items such as promotional products, food/beverage, and branded event materials

Receive and coordinate all catering requests, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment via effective communication with operations leadership

Launch and track giveaways and/or sweepstakes, to include coordinating prize disbursement

Continually manage and execute gift card activation procedures

Respond to PR requests, Door Dash reviews and Google reviews via web-based systems

Plan and execute holiday and philanthropic events for corporate office staff

Provide departmental billing and invoicing assistance

Manage overhead media for store locations

Assist with planning and execution of the annual Daily’s Foundation Charity Event

Oversee the Daily’s Brand Ambassador Program, to include organizing outreach events and Ambassador schedules

Manage digital menu board content and other programmable media systems as assigned

Moderate user-generated content in line with community policies

Guide and support social media engagement, including collaboration with local online influencers

Minimum Qualifications

18+ years of age

Undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Valid Driver License, clean driving record, and reliable transportation

Polished written and verbal communication skills in English (hear, speak, read & write)

Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite and digital content platforms

Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs

Must pass a drug screen, background, and motor vehicle check

Preferred: Public Relations experience

Physical and Mental Requirements

Ability to drive independently

Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods while working on a computer

Ability to communicate clearly in English (hear, speak, read, & write) in a professional and friendly manner

Sufficient close visual acuity to accurately perform standard reading and typing functions on various digital systems

Sufficient physical mobility to bend at the waist, kneel, grasp, feel, lift overhead, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions such as typing

Occasionally lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds and carry short distance.

Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision and provide timely progress updates

Interpersonal aptitude; must effectively work with vendors and company personnel of all levels

Strong organizational skills; ability to thrive in a multi-task, multi-location, corporate business environment

Duties are mainly performed in a traditional office setting

Some work is performed at retail convenience store locations, which may involve travel in inclement weather and other unforeseeable conditions
