Step into a creative role where your work directly inspires families and children across our leading childcare brands, including Camp Beaumont, Camp Beaumont Asia, and Twizzle Tops.
As a Digital Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brands to life, creating high-performing, engaging visuals that connect with parents and drive real results. Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll deliver impactful campaigns across digital and print, helping to boost bookings, engagement, and brand loyalty.
While your primary focus will be on our childcare division, you may also contribute to wider group projects when needed.
Reporting To :
Marketing Manager & Head of Digital
Core Responsibilities You will take ownership of creative output across key marketing channels, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance:
Design high-converting social media assets
Create engaging PPC creative across Google, Meta, and display channels
Build email designs and customer journeys using Force24 (or similar platforms)
Produce print materials, including:
Banners
Leaflets
Brochures
Wider Responsibilities
Bring each brand’s identity to life through strong, consistent visual execution
Collaborate with marketing teams from concept through to final delivery
Balance creativity with performance, producing work that not only looks great but also converts
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Continuously improve creative output based on campaign performance and insights
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Basic animation and/or motion design skills
Experience improving conversion through design (CRO mindset)
Software & Tools
Force24 (or similar marketing automation platform)
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) is a plus
Hours of Work
Typically, 5 days per week (across 7 days), your hours of work will be contracted appropriately to your position.
Required to work late nights and weekends if needed.
