Landscaper / Estimator Specialist (Base + Commission)
Hiring For: Washington Landscaping Location: Serving King, Snohomish, Pierce, & Island Counties
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Compensation:
Base Pay ($20–$26/hr) + Commission + Bonuses

We’re looking for:
Experience in landscaping sales, estimating, or design (preferred)
Perform landscaping work
Yard cleanups and prep
Assist crews to ensure projects are completed properly
Maintain quality control and job standards
Knowledge of plants, irrigation, soil, and landscape materials
Ability to assess properties and build accurate bids
Strong communication and closing ability
Organized and comfortable with CRM systems / estimating tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Compensation StructureBase Pay:
$20 – $26/hour (depending on experience)
Bonuses:
Monthly revenue targets
High close rates
Customer satisfaction incentives
