Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Norwalk, CT, for a Manufacturer Sales Representative – Fleet & First Responder. The role involves cultivating strong relationships with fleet and first responder clients, driving sales of innovative brake technology, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Representative will also focus on business development initiatives, manage wholesale accounts, and proactively identify new opportunities to expand market reach. Regular client interaction, sales planning, and account management will be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
Customer service skills with the ability to address and resolve client needs effectively
Proficiency in sales and account management to build and maintain strong client partnerships
Experience in business development and understanding of industry-specific strategies
Knowledge of wholesale practices and fleet management processes
Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities
Self-motivated, with excellent time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of automotive or brake industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
