Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Superintendent with Vista Residential Partners I Apex Multifamily Construction, based out of Atlanta, GA. The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and oversee daily construction activities on-site. Responsibilities include overseeing subcontractors, tracking project schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency on all projects. The Assistant Superintendent will also assist with day-to-day problem-solving, material management, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Qualifications
Experience in construction management, site supervision, and project scheduling
Knowledge of safety standards, quality control, and compliance practices within the construction industry
Strong organizational, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in maintaining project documentation, reports, and communication logs
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple subcontractors and vendors effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship
Effective verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration
Experience with multi‑family or large‑scale residential construction is highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus
Proficiency in project management software or related tools is an advantage
