
Property Manager

Location: Greensboro, NC
Ginkgo Residential LLC is seeking a dedicated, results-driven Property Manager to lead multi-million-dollar assets in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Position Overview As Property Manager, you will oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring it is well-maintained and efficiently managed. Your role will involve managing a diverse range of tasks, from leasing and resident relations to maintenance and financial management.
Key Responsibilities
Property Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including maintenance, leasing, and resident relations.
Team Management:
Effectively manage property staff to ensure optimal performance.
Leasing Management:
Conduct property tours, process rental applications, and manage lease agreements to maintain high occupancy rates.
Financial Oversight:
Review and manage the property budget, track expenses, ensure timely rent collection, and generate financial reports.
Resident Relations:
Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints, manage conflict resolution, and foster a positive community atmosphere.
Maintenance Coordination:
Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to keep the property in excellent condition and resolve issues promptly.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and stay updated on housing laws and industry best practices.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field required; alternatively, at least 5 years of property‑management experience required. Industry certifications such as CAM, CAPS, or CALP preferred.
Experience:
5+ years in property management, leasing, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong people and process management, organizational compliance, communication, and leadership.
Software:
Proficiency in property‑management software (Entrata preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Other Attributes:
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
A valid state‑issued driver’s license is required.
