real estate development and property management firm
is seeking an experienced
Property Manager / Leasing Manager
to oversee leasing operations at a newly built
Class A multifamily community . This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong multifamily leasing experience who can drive occupancy and deliver an excellent resident experience.
Key Responsibilities Leasing & Resident Experience
Manage the full leasing cycle from lead generation through lease execution
Conduct property tours and present community features to prospective residents
Follow up with leads and work to achieve occupancy goals
Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
Property Operations
Maintain accurate leasing, resident, and maintenance records using property management software
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of service requests
Track warranty maintenance items and coordinate with vendors as needed
Assist with the transition from construction completion to full occupancy
Compliance & Administration
Ensure compliance with
Fair Housing regulations and company policies
Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate service providers
Track leasing activity and assist with property reporting
Requirements
5+ years of multifamily leasing or property management experience
Experience using
property management software (AppFolio, Yardi, Entrata or similar)
Strong leasing, sales, and customer service skills
Knowledge of multifamily maintenance processes
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work
Tuesday–Saturday schedule
