
Property Manager – Multifamily Community

We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Property Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing performance, budgeting, maintenance coordination, and resident relations for a residential community.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of a multifamily property
Oversee leasing, occupancy, and rent collections
Respond to resident inquiries and resolve complaints
Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate work orders
Conduct property inspections and ensure safety compliance
Manage vendors and negotiate service contracts
Review and approve invoices and expenses
Monitor budget performance and control operating costs
Enforce lease terms and community policies
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and local regulations
Qualifications
2+ years of multifamily property management experience
Experience with property management software (AppFolio, Rent Manager, Yardi, etc.)
Strong budgeting and financial reporting skills
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
CAM or CPM certification
Experience managing 100+ units
Proven track record improving occupancy and collections
