JOB PURPOSE This position oversees NAPA’s wholesale customers. A person in this position increases commercial sales by acting as the primary contact for wholesale customers, sourcing necessary parts, and creating a superior customer experience.

DUTIES

Keep good relationships with NAPA wholesale customers.

Generate sales through proactive customer calls.

Monitor commercial sales performance.

Achieve sales goals.

Coordinate business plans with the Store Manger.

This is not a complete list of responsibilities. Other duties may be required as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Capable and willing to become ASE certified within first year.

3+ years parts experience preferred.

Able leader.

Buyout and sourcing knowledge.

Excellent attention to detail.

Able to lifting 25 pounds.

Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for entire work shift.
