Sales + Experience Manager – Greenville, SC Roam is seeking an energetic, detail‑oriented, and hospitality‑driven Sales + Experience Manager to serve as the key driver in both selling Roam’s offerings and delivering exceptional meeting experiences. This role combines proactive sales execution with white‑glove coordination to maximize revenue while creating memorable, seamless experiences for all meeting clients. Working closely with the Director of Sales and local Managing Partner, the Sales and Experience Manager will generate leads, convert sales, foster repeat business, and personally ensure every meeting is executed flawlessly. This position is ideal for a natural networker and self‑starter who thrives on building relationships, solving problems in real time, and delivering genuine hospitality. Description Sales & Business Development

Develop a deep understanding of Roam’s value proposition across meeting spaces, offices, and membership offerings.

Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Managing Partner to execute local field marketing and sales strategies.

Drive meeting room sales by creating lead‑generating programming, messaging, and events while actively developing existing clients to increase repeat bookings.

Attend networking events, host luncheons and tours, organize meetings with potential partners and meeting planners, and participate in community and industry events on a regular basis.

Build and maintain strong relationships with meeting planners, positioning Roam as their trusted partner for offsite meetings and remote workplace needs.

Partner with the broader team to develop content and ideas that educate and support meeting planners.

Capture and manage all lead and client data in Hubspot CRM, ensuring strategic follow‑up and nurturing.

Collaborate on researching and targeting key market segments to support revenue growth and a healthy P&L.

Meeting Coordination & Experience Delivery

Partner closely with sales efforts to organize, coordinate, and deliver exceptional meetings for all guests.

Act as the primary point of contact for meeting clients, liaise to understand their meeting objectives and ensure a remarkable end‑to‑end experience.

Manage all meeting logistics including room setup, A/V requirements, catering, technology, and special requests, while clearly communicating needs to the on‑site team.

Provide room availability, send proposals, and assist clients throughout the booking process.

Enhance the guest experience through proactive suggestive selling and personalized service.

Foster community and long‑term relationships with meeting clients by celebrating wins, milestones, birthdays, and business achievements.

Invest time in understanding clients’ needs and goals to build deeper connections and relational equity.

Initiate and manage vendor relationships to ensure high‑quality support for all meetings.

Continuously seek opportunities to go above and beyond, solve problems calmly under pressure, and surprise and delight guests with thoughtful hospitality touches.

Account Management & Relationship Building

Foster current account relationships to secure meeting agreement renewals and drive repeat business.

Maintain consistent follow‑up with clients through strategic use of Hubspot CRM and sales tools.

Actively build camaraderie and collaboration with the local field team to ensure seamless execution.

Promote a culture of excellence, enthusiasm, and continuous improvement in both sales and guest experience delivery.

This combined role creates a single, powerful position that owns the full client journey, from initial lead and sale through to flawless on‑site execution and long‑term relationship growth.
