Job Summary
The Program Director will coordinate and manage residential and/or day programs for individuals with developmental disabilities (IDD), overseeing personnel, program development, operations, and ensuring high‑quality support services.
Responsibilities
Personnel management and program coordination, including orientation and ongoing training.
Monitor all aspects of the program: develop individual goals and plans and implement program activities.
Ensure coordination and management of overall operations, medical, financial and maintenance aspects of the programs, guiding and directing the site designee.
Hours Mon‑Fri 8am‑5pm. Flexible schedule with on‑call availability (weekends and odd hours).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (preferred).
At least 1 year full‑time direct experience working with participants with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
At least 2 years of experience in management and working with developmental disabilities.
Demonstrated good decision‑making, time‑management and communication skills, and responsible, mature and flexible.
Valid driver’s license.
A successful background clearance is required during onboarding.

Compensation Starting wage: $47,000–$52,000 annual salary based on education level.
