
Assoc Analyst Contract Management

Overview
This position will be responsible for maintaining contract compliance for Pauley and our subcontractors. This position will also be responsible for other assigned duties as outlined by their manager. What You’ll Do
Send out new subcontractor agreements Review subcontractor’s insurance and obtain documents/certificates needed for compliance with company requirements Follow up on expiring policies for existing subcontractors Maintain database for tracking subcontractors, insurance information, documents and agreements Track and maintain subcontractor retainage Maintain subcontractor rates and obtain updated agreements when changes occur Basic ability to use standard office equipment (printer, computer, scanner) Keep appropriate documentation (time cards, job cost, etc.) Other tasks/duties as assigned by corporate and/or local operations Benefits

General office experience including filing, data entry and the ability to work in various computer software and programs with intermediate levels of skill Previous commercial insurance experience preferred Experience reading contracts, understanding legal terminology and insurance requirements/policies Able to meet multiple urgent deadlines in a quick and efficient manner Effective written and verbal communication with staff, managers, and the public Positive attitude and good public relations Attention to detail Must be able to pass a background check and company drug screening Must be able to attend and pass all required company training Regular and timely attendance is essential Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers Other Requirements
Must possess a valid driver’s license Must be at least 18 years of age to drive company vehicles or operate company equipment May be required to work after hours, on weekends, or be on-call as needed May include working nights and holidays as needed May be required to travel in state or overnight as necessary to meet business needs Regular and timely attendance is essential Physical & Safety Requirements And The Working Environment
The physical duties outlined may include standing, crouching, sitting, bending, and using hands to handle or feel. The job may require standing, walking, climbing, lifting, and near/far vision. The work environment can be in-office or on job sites with varying weather conditions. Employees may be exposed to dust, fumes, or other airborne substances; may be exposed to moving machinery parts and chemicals. Reasonable accommodations may be provided. Pay Range
