Job Summary
The Measurement Analyst is responsible for validating, reconciling, and analyzing hydrocarbon measurement data covering gas, crude oil, NGLs, and water to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and data integrity. This role supports production accounting, revenue, operations, and compliance teams by maintaining measurement systems, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely monthly close. Key Responsibilities
Validate daily, monthly, and custody transfer meter data
Reconcile volumes between SCADA, flow computers, and allocation systems
Investigate and resolve measurement discrepancies
Support compliance with AGA, API, GPA, BLM, FERC, etc.
Maintain measurement databases and documentation
Coordinate with field technicians on meter calibrations & maintenance
Participate in audits or regulatory reporting
Support system upgrades (SCADA, data historians, measurement software)
