Lead Prospect Relationship Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Management (Zoho CRM Administration)

Monitor and manage all incoming leads from Facebook and digital marketing campaigns across Chile, El Salvador, Guatemala, the United States, and future markets.

Ensure all leads are accurately entered, categorized, and updated in Zoho CRM.

Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all inbound inquiries.

Lead Qualification & Vetting

Review lead form submissions and conduct initial outreach via WhatsApp and/or email.

Assess buyer legitimacy, purchasing capacity (especially bulk), import eligibility, and level of interest.

Classify leads as

Hot, Warm, Cold, or Unqualified

based on defined criteria.

Lead Distribution & Assignment

Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales managers based on geographic region and opportunity level.

Ensure no lead remains unassigned or inactive within the CRM system.

Monitor lead flow to maintain balanced distribution across the sales team.

CRM Data Integrity & Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate lead status, pipeline stages, notes, and activity tracking within Zoho CRM.

Enforce consistent follow-up processes and timelines.

Identify and elevate inactive leads or missed follow-ups to management.

Reporting & Performance Visibility

Generate regular reports on lead activity, conversion rates, response times, and pipeline health.

Collaborate with management to define and track key performance metrics (KPIs).

Provide insights to improve lead quality and sales efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities

Cross‑trained to support the

Domestic Sales Cashier

role as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Experience managing inbound leads from digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Strong understanding of social media lead generation.

Skills

Bilingual: Fluent in

English and Spanish .

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Customer satisfaction‑oriented mindset.

Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.

Strong computer and CRM system skills (Zoho CRM preferred).

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Physical Requirements

Primarily an indoor work environment.

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Perform repetitive tasks as required.

Working Conditions

Fast‑paced, high‑volume work environment requiring multitasking and attention to detail.
