Hanline Frozen Foods Founded in 2020 in Romulus, Michigan, we are a growing, premium supplier of All-Natural, IQF, and Ready-to-Eat ingredients serving leading food service, retail, manufacturing, and distribution companies across the United States. We are seeking a dependable and experienced Shipping & Receiving Line Lead Associate to support and lead daily warehouse operations.
Location Romulus, MI
Schedule & Pay
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (weekends as needed)
$17/hour, with potential for growth after 90 days
Work Environment is a Freezer setting (below zero temperatures)
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the freezer and dock areas
Assist with break and lunch coverage to support continuous operations
Train and support new forklift operators
Stage product for the tank room and assist with tank loading as needed
Support production operations during staffing shortages
Communicate effectively and coordinate daily priorities with the supervisor
Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Prior forklift experience required
Comfortable working full shifts in a freezer environment
Willingness to work overtime as neededStrong organizational skills and ability to self-manage
Proven ability to lead by example and support team productivity
