Role Overview
Under the direction of the JMM Brand Director, the Graphic Designer will create a wide variety of graphic assets for use in everything from social media to print advertising. The Senior Graphic Designer will develop new visual concepts within our existing visual framework, work with key stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure broad alignment, and create assets for use in various media and contexts. The individual's aesthetic should be translated into designs that are clear, compelling, and visually exciting.
Key Responsibilities
Visual creation & development
Work on a wide range of projects in media: using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphics that meet design and business needs.
Maintain a level of excellence in all creatives: a keen eye for typography, graphic design, illustration, packaging, photography, retouching, and all other design elements.
Collaboration & strategy: collaborate with the product design and marketing teams to create innovative designs (online & offline) and compelling stories and campaigns in line with the brand’s DNA.
Develop and pitch new brand concepts: create and present concepts for use in global and local campaigns in line with the brand’s DNA.
Marketing material creation: create marketing collateral for a variety of uses across all channels.
Ensure brand consistency: update and enforce visual style guides for use by product teams, partners, and across all marketing platforms.
Internal databases: update and maintain internal databases; manage design, photography, and video resources for easy access; organize creative assets and create guidelines to boost cross‑collaboration.
Key Requirements
0‑2 years of experience as a graphic designer in a deadline‑driven environment.
Proven experience leading creative teams in developing brand concepts.
Expert‑level abilities with Adobe Suite software.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A keen eye for design and detail.
