Join Our Team as a Marketing Associate We’re seeking an organised and proactive Marketing Associate to join our growing global marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager. You will play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns, events, and content creation, helping to deliver engaging experiences that drive awareness and engagement across all channels. Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaign Support
Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels.
Assist with digital campaign setup, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials, including videos, graphics, email content, landing pages, eBooks, and other online and offline content.
Event Planning & Coordination
Assist in the delivery of events such as trade shows, webinars, conferences, and product launches.
Coordinate logistics including exhibition stands, merchandise, venues, suppliers, catering, and travel arrangements.
Support on‑site event execution and post‑event follow‑up.
Vendor & Partner Management
Liaise with suppliers, printers, and event partners to ensure all materials and services are delivered to specification and budget.
Support the preparation of purchase orders and budget tracking for campaigns and events.
Collaboration
Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives as required.
Be a point of contact for global marketing logistic requests.
Who You Are
1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, administration or events role (or relevant internship experience).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working across digital platforms (social media, email marketing tools, CMS, etc.).
Experience with HubSpot and Monday or similar marketing/project management tools is an advantage.
