Kingswood Preschool is seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Director to lead a faith-based early childhood program serving toddlers through Pre‑K. This role supports the mission of Kingswood Church by fostering a nurturing environment focused on the spiritual, emotional, social, and academic growth of young children.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in early childhood education (or related field), leadership experience in a preschool setting, and strong skills in staff supervision, curriculum development, communication, and administration. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, supporting and developing staff, managing enrollment and finances, guiding curriculum, and building strong relationships with families and the community.

Part‑time (25 hrs/week, Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–1:30 PM, Aug–May)
Salary: $35,000–$45,000 (with possible pension)
