Description: Fullerton Presbyterian Church is seeking a Youth Pastor with a heart for discipling Junior High and High School students (grades 7–12) and partnering with families as they grow in their faith in Jesus Christ.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee Sunday youth worship services and Wednesday night programs
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all youth ministry activities
Teach and facilitate youth group gatherings and events (average attendance of 20 students)
Organize and lead special events, mission trips, camps, retreats, and fellowship opportunities
Partner with parents to support and equip them in guiding their children’s spiritual growth
Develop and manage the annual youth ministry budget, ensuring responsible stewardship and adherence to expense procedures
Qualifications:
Seminary graduate (full-time) or currently enrolled in an accredited seminary (part-time)
Previous experience in youth ministry or related ministry experience
Strong leadership skills to effec9vely guide and support youth ministry staff and volunteers
Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and Sunday school teachers.
A genuine love for youth and a passion for discipling the next generation in Christ.
