As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will begin by obtaining Securities Industry licenses, receiving dedicated and personalized training for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. Upon obtaining the licenses, you will be taught foundational skills to serve as an advisor—acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, assessing a client’s complex financial picture, and guiding them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives. After achieving key milestones, you will work in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care.

Desired Qualifications
Current holder of FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
