Position Overview:
The
Senior Partnerships Tax Analyst
will focus on federal and state tax matters related to complex partnership structures. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5+ years of tax experience who’s ready to expand their impact across compliance, provision, and structuring initiatives within a dynamic, asset‑rich organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and assist in reviewing partnership federal and state tax filings
Support quarterly and annual tax provision calculations and reconciliations (ASC 740)
Research and analyze partnership allocations, basis adjustments, and related technical topics
Partner with internal teams on development, M&A, and joint venture structuring
Track evolving tax laws and interpret implications for active and future projects
Assist with process improvements, data gathering, and technology integration within tax workflows
Collaborate with external advisors and auditors as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA‑eligible preferred
3–5+ years of experience in partnership tax, preferably in public accounting or a corporate tax environment
Strong technical understanding of Subchapter K, basis rules, and allocation mechanics
Familiar with tax compliance software (e.g., OneSource, GoSystems) and Microsoft Excel
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
Experience in the renewables, energy, or infrastructure sectors is a plus
