Property Manager Salary:
$75,000 to $81,000 per year + $1,500 sign‑on bonus! Schedule:
Monday‑Friday | 8:00 am–5:00 pm About the property manager position
The property manager is responsible for the overall operations of the property, ensuring efficient operations, overseeing supplier contracts, maintenance, lease administration, and monthly reporting. This position also creates a positive experience for residents, associates, and clients. Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day operations including resident satisfaction, retention, full resident lifecycle activities (lease administration, rent collection and delinquency management), property P&L, and marketing. Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service. Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire staff. Create a climate that encourages associates to perform best by leading and communicating a shared vision and offering coaching and development. Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents. Understand operations guidelines established in the property management agreement. Respond to resident complaints, serve as liaison to residents and corporate office regarding common‑area maintenance and enforcement of landlord rules. Maintain professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, professional publications, and networking. Organize and implement site natural disaster and emergency evacuation plans. Manage safety records, property loss claims, and risk‑management initiatives. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Two to three years of property management experience required. One to two years of direct management experience required. Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required. Real estate license preferred or required in some locations. Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred. Experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent system preferred. Skills and Requirements
Very strong organizational and time‑management skills. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate sensitively with all levels. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Ability to handle confidential matters. Work independently, prioritize effectively in fast‑paced environment. Communicate technical concerns accurately and promptly. Proficient in reading, writing, comprehending and conversing in English. Ability to use standard office equipment (telephone, fax, printer, copier, key‑track system). Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to defuse situations involving angry or difficult people. Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance. Benefits
