Responsibilities
Interview
Hiring and onboarding of new staff
Ensure new candidates are oriented and trained properly
Ensure all staff stay current with the required training
Follow up with all staff regarding performance issues and ensure improvements are achieved
Organize and assist with new move-in inquiries and tours
Introduce new policies and tasks to all staff and ensure proper understanding is achieved by all
Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
Manage staff timesheets for accuracy and submit them for payroll
Complete weekly inventory of nursing and cleaning supplies and groceries. Complete weekly orders to ensure all supplies and groceries are available
