Job Title:

Manager – Credit & Collections

Duration:

9 Months (through end of year; low chance of extension/conversion)

Pay Rate:

$35/hr-$37/hr (W2)

Work Hours:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Interview Process:

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with

Sales, Legal teams, and exhibitors

to resolve late payments

Reconcile

bank deposits with sales/billing system (SMART)

records

Ensure

timely and accurate posting of cash deposits

Monitor aging reports and support collections strategy

Support audits and ensure

SOX compliance

Lead and mentor a team (A/R & Box Office analysts)

Partner with IT on

process improvements and automation initiatives (AI exposure is a plus)

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree

in Finance, Business, or related field

5+ years of collections/A/R experience , including

2+ years in a leadership role

Experience with

sales billing and/or subledger systems

Nice-to-Have

Experience with

Oracle

Exposure to

AI tools / AI-based process improvements

Additional Notes

Fast-paced environment requiring strong

analytical, communication, and leadership skills
