Essential Functions

Own and grow your territory - develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market share

Drive new business through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, and lead qualification

Manage and expand existing accounts by strengthening relationships and identifying new opportunities

Conduct in-person customer visits with plant managers, maintenance teams, and decision-makers

Deliver technical sales presentations and solutions tailored to customer needs

Partner with inside sales, customer service, and technical teams to win and retain business

Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline, forecast, and territory activity

Experience, Education and Skills

2+ years of industrial sales experience (service/repair sales strongly preferred)

Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:

Hydraulics

Electronics repair

Robotics / servo systems

Industrial/mechanical components

Bachelor’s degree (Sales, Marketing, Engineering) or Technical/2-year degree in an industrial discipline

Strong hunter mentality with the ability to open new doors and close business

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with strong time and territory management abilitiesComfortable working in industrial environments and traveling within the territory

Valid driver’s license

Ability to travel (including occasional overnight)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
