This position is for an Inside Sales to concentrate on focus vertical markets. This position will be based out of Antaira Headquarters in Las Vegas, NV.

Position Duties/Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

Develops B2B sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; developing new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and product recommendations; preparing quotations.

Qualifying and understanding customer technical requirements.

Collaborate with Field Sales to progress opportunities and close business.

Close sales and achieve/exceed annual sales growth objectives assigned to the region.

Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. Create, maintain, and expand a database of prospects within your assigned territory.

Perform effective online presentations to prospects and existing customers.

Develop Industrial Networking product knowledge by studying new product introductions, market segments, and through technical learning.

Engages in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations.

Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the B2B infrastructure and e-commerce industries to support our distributors, integrators, and resellers of Antaira products.

Work with Marketing to follow up and develop sales leads captured from email blasts, trade shows, and other sales campaigns.

May attend and exhibit at local trade shows to attract leads, and promote the Antaira brand.

Requirements:

Experience of 2-3 years in an inside sales capacity

Strong phone presence and experience calling existing and potential new customers

Proficient with Google Office and web presentation tools

Experience working with NetSuite or similar CRM

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong listening and presentation skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

BA/BS degree or equivalent

Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills

Strong communication and critical thinking capabilities
