Position Summary
The Talent & Community Engagement Recruiter is a market-embedded, results-driven role responsible for aggressively rebuilding and sustaining Floyd's talent pipeline across the Denver market. This position exists for one reason: to get high-performing Barbers and Stylists behind our chairs.
This is a front-line talent operator position that blends proactive recruiting, competitive market intelligence, grassroots brand building, and communication of the benefits of working at Floyd's 99 Barbershops. Success requires daily, visible presence in the Barber & Stylist community: online, in schools, at events, and inside competing shops/salon suites and booth rental locations.
This role is a direct operational lever for attracting Barbers & Stylists who bring, or rapidly build, a book of business. The Talent & Community Engagement Recruiter owns their market with urgency, grit, and accountability.
Core Objectives
Increase Floyd's visibility and credibility in the Barber & Stylist community
Promote the benefits of working at Floyd's 99 Barbershops
Fill open positions fast with high-value, revenue-driving talent
Build a sustainable, dominant talent pipeline in the market through strong community relationships

This role is evaluated on outcomes, not activity, including:
Increased employer brand visibility and credibility in the Denver market
Strength, depth, and consistency of the local Barber & Stylist talent pipeline
Reduction in open seats and time-to-fill
Quality of hires through Barber & Stylist productivity
Qualifications
5+ years recruiting or high-performance sourcing experience
Proven ability to recruit skilled, commission-driven professionals
Strong social outreach and relationship-building skills
Ability to operate independently in a high-accountability role
Compensation
Base Salary: $55,000
Hire On Bonus: $250 per licensed Barber or Stylist (Must be retained for 90 days)
Quarterly Bonus: Results-based with uncapped potential (Target $55,000+)
Benefits: Eligible for paid time off and benefits according to the company's programs
