We are seeking a Tax Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join a high-performing tax team. This role will support tax compliance, reporting, and process improvement initiatives across a complex, global organization.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and support federal, state, and local tax compliance filings
Assist with tax provision calculations and financial reporting requirements
Utilize tax software to compile, analyze, and validate tax dataMaintain and reconcile tax-related accounts and schedules
Partner with internal teams (finance, accounting, legal) to gather required information
Support tax audits and inquiries from regulatory authorities
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within tax workflows
Stay current on changes in tax laws and regulations and assess potential impacts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of experience in tax (public accounting or industry)
Exposure to tax compliance (corporate, federal/state, or indirect tax)
Experience with tax software (e.g., OneSource, CorpTax, Vertex, or similar)
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Ability to analyze data and communicate findings effectively
Collaborative mindset with strong organizational skills
