Route Service Representative

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives
Key Responsibilities Include
Act as the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow existing customers by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals, control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Requirements
Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
Hold an active driver’s license.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Obtain a DOT medical certification.
Provide documentation regarding prior employment.
All Successful Candidates Will Also Possess
The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
A High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.
A strong customer service orientation.
Self‑motivation and the drive to work in a team‑oriented environment to meet goals.
A positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
