Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities

Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments when necessary

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, data entry, and sales activities using Microsoft Office tools and other computer systems

Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall client services

Experience

Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred but not required; training will be provided

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a broader customer base

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail; typing proficiency is essential

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel; basic computer skills are necessary

Experience in outbound calling or client services roles enhances your fit for this position

Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette, communication skills, and client interactions
