Role Description C&C Millwright Maintenance Co. Inc. is seeking a full-time Construction Superintendent to manage construction projects on-site in Tazewell, TN. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily site operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage budgetary constraints, and coordinate project timelines. The role involves leading teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that construction projects are executed efficiently and aligned with quality standards and organizational goals.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety

Proficiency in Project Management and Budgeting principles

Excellent Organization Skills and attention to detail

Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively

Relevant experience in construction or millwright projects is highly advantageous

Proficiency with project management tools and software

Ability to adapt to challenges and solve problems on-site

Knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards in the construction industry
