As we continue to build and expand our presence in the North American market, we are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support & Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. This position is a critical part of our sales and operations team and plays a key role in driving the company’s overall commercial success. You will be joining a dynamic, supportive, and fun-loving team, working together to serve our customers—who are at the center of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities Customer Data Management

Create and maintain new customer accounts in the system (including customer information, key contacts, payment terms, pricing structure, etc.).

Maintain and regularly update customer records, contracts, rebate programs, and promotional information.

Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery requirements.

Accurately enter orders into the system and track order status throughout the fulfillment process.

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.

Handle order changes, delays, and exceptions, and communicate proactively with customers to resolve issues.

Customer Service

Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational communication with customers.

Support the sales team in handling customer complaints, returns, and after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, product information, and sales-related documentation.

Coordinate communication between sales and R&D teams to support new product development and information alignment.

Accounts Receivable & Collection Support

Assist the sales team in tracking accounts receivable and customer payment status to minimize overdue balances.

Internal Coordination & Process Improvement

Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to improve overall operational efficiency.

Participate in optimizing order processing and customer service workflows.

Support the continuous improvement of the company’s sales operations system.

Qualifications

Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese (both written and verbal).

Detail-oriented, responsible, and customer-focused mindset.

Strong coordination and execution skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Prior experience in sales support, customer service, and ERP/CRM systems or order processing is preferred.
