Social Media Coordinator (Trading Cards) We’re hiring a Social Media Coordinator to own day‑to‑day social content creation and publishing for our business, with a primary focus on Instagram. You’ll be responsible for turning deep trading card knowledge into high‑impact, social‑first content: capturing cards on camera, editing compelling short‑form video, designing clean graphics, and writing captions and headlines that drive engagement. This is a hands‑on, in‑office role based in Tigard, Oregon, collaborating closely with marketing, creative, and sales teams to keep our social channels fresh, relevant, and culturally plugged in.
Responsibilities
Capture and edit high‑quality photo and video content of trading cards optimized for Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Own social content execution end‑to‑end: filming, editing, basic graphic design, caption writing, headline creation, and publishing.
Program and schedule content on Instagram, maintaining a consistent cadence aligned with key moments.
Stay deeply plugged into the trading card space—tracking trends, product launches, community conversations, and collector sentiment.
Collaborate with internal teams to support business needs on social media.
Maintain brand voice, visual standards, and quality control across all social posts.
Monitor engagement and assist with basic community management, including comments and DMs.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and genuine passion for trading cards (sports cards, TCGs, collectibles, or hobby culture).
Experience capturing and editing short‑form social video for Instagram.
Beginner to medium proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar design tools (e.g., Canva).
Experience programming and managing content on Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging captions and punchy headlines.
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, content‑driven environment with quick turnaround times.
Ability and willingness to work in‑office in Tigard, OR, five days per week.
