Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Lubbock, TX, for a Portfolio Manager. The Portfolio Manager will be contributing to the seamless execution of loan transactions (pre-closing, closing/funding, and post-closing stages) by working with multiple lending officers and loan operations staff. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of lending, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies in complex transactions
In-depth knowledge of various loan products, lending regulations, and compliance regulations
Problem solving mindset
Strong Organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and data security.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred
