People & Talent Specialist – Full-Time, Onsite
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented professional to join our team and support the transition and ongoing management of key people‑operations processes. This role begins with a strong focus on migrating documents and data from
PayCom to UKG , and will expand into a broader position covering payroll support, applicant tracking, compliance, and employee support functions. Key Responsibilities
Lead the transition of employee documents and HR data from PayCom to UKG, including personnel files, garnishments, tax statements, compliance documents, benefits information, and payroll data. Ensure accurate, careful, and confidential handling of sensitive information. Support daily people‑operations activities, including:
Payroll assistance Phone screens Benefits administration Garnishment processing Compliance tasks Applicant tracking and onboarding support
Perform additional people‑operations duties as needed in a fast‑paced environment. Required Skills & Experience
UKG experience
is required; prior UKG implementation experience is a plus. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Human Resources. Minimum 3 years of experience in a related HR or people‑operations role (Specialist, Coordinator, Recruiter, etc.). Preferred Qualities
Ambition to grow into a higher‑level position within HR/People Operations. Strong communication skills and high attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Outgoing, empathetic, and people‑centric personality. Work Environment
Fully onsite during core business hours, with occasional flexibility for remote work if needed. Modern office featuring accessible parking and a large community kitchen for employee use. Please note: The 280 highway will be under construction this summer, which may impact commute routes. Job Type & Location
This is a contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $40.00/hr. Benefits
