Roles and Responsibilities
Client Management: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and position requirements; conduct job intake calls, serve as trusted advisor, maintain regular communication, ensure client satisfaction.
Candidate Management: Develop and execute custom sourcing strategies, screen, interview, evaluate candidates, create and update standardized resumes, coach candidates, build and maintain talent pipeline.
Recruiting Team Collaboration: Partner with team members to share insights, leverage CRM tools, participate in team meetings, support initiatives, foster collaborative environment.

Technology : Proficient with CRM tools (Crelate preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
