to oversee our internal marketing distribution center in Evansville, Indiana.
The
Marketing Distribution Manager
will manage the full lifecycle of marketing materials, including inventory management, order fulfillment, digital storefront administration, and reporting. This role is ideal for professionals with experience as a
warehouse manager, logistics manager, or inventory manager

As a key part of the broader
supply chain and distribution operations , the
Fulfillment and Distribution Manager
will ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral and product samples to sales teams, partners, and customers.
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Distribution Manager Fulfillment Center & Warehouse Operations
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment through the marketing storefront.
Develop and optimize fulfillment workflows to support scalability.
Coordinate inbound shipments from vendors, printers, and internal teams.
Maintain an efficient warehouse layout to maximize productivity and accuracy.
Inventory Management & Supply Chain Planning
Maintain accurate inventory levels across all marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Track inventory usage, burn rates, and demand trends to forecast replenishment needs.
Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to prioritize inventory.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to manage production and delivery timelines.
Identify obsolete inventory and manage product lifecycle transitions.
Conduct routine inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
Digital Storefront & Order Management
Manage and optimize the digital storefront and order management system.
Ensure all products and materials are accurately listed and up to date.
Control user access and permissions for internal teams and external partners.
Support new product launches and retire outdated materials.
Improve user experience and ordering efficiency.
Reporting, Analytics & Process Improvement
Analyze data on material usage, order volume, and inventory turnover.
Provide reporting to support data-driven decisions across marketing and supply chain teams.
Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.
Continuously improve fulfillment, logistics, and inventory processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing, sales, operations, and external vendors.
Support trade shows, product launches, and campaigns through coordinated distribution.
Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and logistics execution.
Qualifications Required
5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, fulfillment operations, or inventory management
Experience working with inventory systems, WMS, or order management platforms
Strong understanding of supply chain, distribution, and fulfillment processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for reporting and analysis
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience as a warehouse manager, logistics manager, or inventory manager
Experience supporting marketing collateral or promotional product distribution
Familiarity with web-to-print or digital storefront platforms
Experience with shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, ShipStation, etc.)
Background in process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives
