Role Description This is a part-time (10 hour a week minimum) with possible growth potential to full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Director located in or near West Palm Beach, Florida. This will be a mix of some on-site for video engagement and then largely off-site with potential for growth . Seeking
a highly driven and creative Luxury Marketing Specialist to lead and elevate the brand across South Florida’s high-end real estate market by
strategizing, and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives that support the continued growth of a top-producing luxury real estate individual.
Brand & Campaign Strategy
Maintain and elevate a consistent luxury brand presence across all platforms
Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, email, and social
Position listings and the team to effectively reach high-net-worth audiences
Ensure all marketing aligns with brand standards, tone, and visual identity
Content & Listing Marketing
Create high-quality marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and digital campaigns
Manage and execute social media strategy with consistent, on-brand content
Write and refine listing copy, email campaigns, and marketing narratives
Support website content updates and optimize property and blog content for SEO to improve visibility and organic reach
Digital Marketing & Advertising
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, and other platforms)
Implement advanced strategies including retargeting, geo-targeting, and audience segmentation
Optimize campaigns based on performance and engagement data
Analytics & Performance
Track campaign performance and provide clear reporting on results
Monitor ROI and continuously refine strategy based on data
Stay ahead of trends and introduce new marketing opportunities
Prepare and deliver monthly marketing updates for clients, highlighting exposure, engagement, and overall performance of their properties
Support listing launches, presentations, and ongoing campaigns
Assist in maintaining marketing systems, calendars, and workflows
Manage relationships with marketing vendors and ensure quality execution
Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategy, brand development, and campaign execution
Strong expertise in market planning and the ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
Proven experience managing and growing multiple social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Advanced graphic design and visual content creation skills for digital and print marketing
Experience with digital advertising, analytics, and performance tracking
Strong understanding of market research and consumer behavior
Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Ability to contribute to strategic decision-making and brand growth
Experience in luxury branding or real estate marketing is a plus
