
Junior Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for designing high-quality visual assets that reflect AVARA’s evolving brand identity across digital and print platforms. This role blends creative design execution with brand consistency—supporting campaigns, product launches, packaging, email, social, and more. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects at once, and contributes to visual storytelling across the brand.
Creates Campaign, Digital, and Print Assets
Design campaign graphics, social content, emails, and promotional materials that align with brand standards and seasonal creative direction.
Maintains and Evolves Brand Templates + Creative
Keep brand templates (emails, Instagram carousels, ads, Figma components) updated and refined. Execute refreshing each season to improve clarity and visual impact. Provides new ideas and design concepts to evolve the creative, and continue to engage the customer.
Manages Figma Templates and Visual Systems
Organize and maintain graphic asset libraries, print files, typography systems, and mechanical artwork in Figma and shared drives. Ensure all files follow brand naming conventions and specs.
Collaborates Cross-Functionally to Execute Design Briefs
Partner with Marketing and copywriter to execute briefs with strong visual cohesion. Adjust concepts quickly based on team feedback.
Presents and Reviews Creative Work
Executing feedback from weekly creative reviews, seasonal design concepts, updates to templates and typography where needed. Adheres to deadlines in a timely manner.

1-3 + years of graphic design experience (fashion, lifestyle, or agency background preferred) Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, and Google Slides is a must. Asana or a project management tools experience is a plus. Experience designing across print and digital (web, social, packaging) Basic animation or motion skills (Photoshop animation, simple video editing, or similar tools) to support social and digital content Basic Retouching Skills in Adobe Photoshop / Lightroom. Familiar with file prepping for print production and mechanical artwork.
