We are currently seeking an
Associate Director of Admissions
to join our team at the Chula Vista Campus. The Associate Director of Admissions will be responsible for supporting the Director of Admissions in staffing, training, and managing the campus Admissions Team by facilitating the selection and enrollment of qualified student applicants for school admission.
Essential Day‑to‑day Job Responsibilities Include
Comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, accreditor standards, and institutional policies and procedures, including those related to student enrollment.
Recruit, train, and develop highly talented admissions professionals.
Develop referrals and personal leads.
Assist in management of lead distribution to the Admissions Team.
Work with the Director of Admissions to monitor the daily/weekly activities of the Admissions Team to ensure admissions objectives are met.
Conduct second interviews of prospective student enrollments.
Motivate the Admissions Team to meet its admissions objectives while adhering to the highest ethical standards and compliance requirements.
Help manage compliance with the student enrollment process, including inquiries, phone screens, and interviews.
Meet or exceed enrollment objectives as established by the Director of Admissions.
Qualifications
At least 2–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
1 year of prior post‑secondary education experience required.
Thorough understanding of the education admissions process.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including problem solving and conflict resolution.
Ability to coach and manage a team.
