CENTER DIRECTOR POSITION

Ivy Kids Systems is a Texas-based childcare organization that provides a comprehensive operating system and ongoing support to its schools and leadership teams. As a Center Director, you will implement Ivy Kids' proprietary curriculum and programs, eliminating the need to create materials from scratch. You will also be part of a network of experienced directors and receive continuous professional development through Ivy Kids Systems workshops and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

Ensuring compliance with Georgia childcare licensing regulations

Managing budgets, staffing, and scheduling

Leading recruitment and staff development

Maintaining high-quality educational standards

Building strong relationships with families and the community

Driving enrollment and supporting marketing initiatives

Implementing company policies, procedures, and curriculum

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Center Director in a school with 150+ children

Strong background in Early Childhood Education (advanced degree, CDA, or extensive teaching experience)

In-depth knowledge of Georgia Child Care Minimum Standards

Proven experience in budgeting, staffing, and recruitment

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms

Ability to follow and execute a structured franchise system

Requirements

Georgia Director's Credential for Early Childhood Education (required)

40-hour Director Training (required)

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Minimum 2 years of childcare management experience
