Role Description Ivy Kids Early Learning Center is seeking a Full-Time Center Director for our locations in Johns Creek and Roswell, GA. This role offers significant growth potential, competitive compensation, performance-based bonuses, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Center Director in a school with 150+ children

Strong background in Early Childhood Education (advanced degree, CDA, or extensive teaching experience)

In-depth knowledge of Georgia Child Care Minimum Standards

Proven experience in budgeting, staffing, and recruitment

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms

Ability to follow and execute a structured franchise system

Bilingual (preferred, not required)

Experience opening a new center (preferred)
