Marketing Associate, Brand Growth Strategy Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Associate to support the implementation and operationalization of the Brand Building the Nestlé Way (BBNW) framework at Nestlé USA. As part of the Brand Growth Strategy Team within the Center of Demand Generation, you will help drive consistent execution of brand planning tools and processes, support cross‑functional collaboration, and contribute to the continuous improvement of brand‑building capabilities.

In this role, you will analyze brand performance data, identify trends, and support data‑driven decision making that fuels brand growth. This position is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about brand strategy, marketing operations, and analytics.

Primary Responsibilities

Analytics & Insights: Collect, analyze, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic brand recommendations

Execution Support: Assist with deploying BBNW frameworks and processes across divisions, ensuring consistency, and accuracy to support brand planning initiatives

Consumer Research: Support the design and execution of consumer research (e.g., surveys, interviews) and interpret syndicated data sources (e.g., POS, panel data) to generate actionable brand insights

Reporting & Dashboards: Assist in the development of dashboards and reports that translate findings into clear, actionable insights for brand teams

Project Coordination: Manage timelines, track deliverables, and support cross‑functional meetings and workshops

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with brand teams, commercial leads, and BGS team to support adoption of strategic processes and tools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 1‑3 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, analytics or project coordination (CPG experience preferred)

Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and core analytical formulas, to support day‑to‑day data analysis and reporting tasks.

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and strong command of PowerPoint as a visualization and presentation tool for fast‑turnover content

Understanding of consumer research approaches (such as surveys or interviews) and familiarity with syndicated data sources.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced and highly agile environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across cross‑functional teams and campuses.
