Role Description We are seeking an Interior Designer to join our talented team in a full-time, on-site role located in beautiful Mill Valley, CA. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to design and implement custom interior spaces that reflect their vision and style. Key responsibilities include space planning, creating layouts, selecting furnishings and fabric, and managing design projects through completion. You will also collaborate closely with clients to provide expert recommendations and ensure design goals align with their needs and preferences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a creative and dynamic environment, transforming spaces into distinctive and functional interiors.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Space Planning and developing compelling architectural layouts
Knowledge of Architecture and ability to interpret and apply Construction Drawings
Experience in Interior Design with a strong eye for aesthetics and functionality
Understanding and selection of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)
Exceptional communication and customer service skills to deliver top-quality design consultations
Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple projects efficiently
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in design software or tools is a plus
